Technisys is one of the best companies to work for

Press Release : January 9, 2015

For the second consecutive year, Technisys is featured in the Best Employers ranking, put together by the Apertura magazine, one of the most renowned publications in the business field of Argentina. In the top 25, Technisys climbed 10 positions in comparison to the year 2013, in the category “organizations with up to 1,000 employees,” and it is now positioned ahead of international giants such as L’Oreal, Pfizer, and John Deere.

According to Hernán Fasio, Head of the company’s Recruitment Division, the open door policy for team building, associated with a great work place environment and low turnover, are some of the differentiating factors that make Technisys one of the best companies to work for.

Through a questionnaire drawn up by the magazine, containing over 70 questions, HR directors and employees evaluated five subject areas regarding the companies where they work: career, compensation policy, work schedule, working conditions, and training offered to collaborators. The 2014 Index surveyed 400 Argentine companies. Only 130 companies scored over 400 points, among them, Technisys.

The survey resulting in the ranking highlights the organizations’ success models which are exceptions to the current trend in a retracting economy. While many companies are downsizing, the companies included in the “Best Employers” ranking are not only increasing their staff, but also seeking to retain talent through Human Resource policies that prioritize quality of life and employees’ motivation.

In order to further stimulate professional growth of its collaborators, the challenge of Technisys for 2015 is implementing a policy to relocate its employees in their offices at different countries, be it due to a project demand or to fulfill the choice of employees. This type of exchange is accompanied by training and coaching courses for collaborators.

New Offices

Technisys’ ranking assessment took place before the change of its headquarters in Buenos Aires to the Retiro area. Since late November, the new professional address of all collaborators in Buenos Aires has been at Torre Conurban, in Torres Catalinas complex, a set of buildings where several multinational companies have offices. Modern and functional, the new offices feature integrated spaces and mobility, in addition to lockers, a fully equipped kitchen, massage chairs, board games, well-decorated multipurpose spaces, and a full view of the Rio de la Plata River.
