Latin American banks face the digital challenge

In an interview published in the print edition of Estrategia&Negocios, German Pugliese Bassi, co-founder, CMO & Alliances at Technisys, describes the current digital banking scenario in Latin America and shares the highlights from a study carried out by the company and Stanford University’s GMIX Program.

“Companies [in Latin America] are seeing a change in consumers’ habits that lead to an urge to transform the financial services they are offering” and “banks in Central America follow the Latin American trend. There is a big growth in investments for the development of financial services associated with technology”, stated German Pugliese Bassi.
