The 4th Event in the AIM Banking Series takes place in Mexico City from March 1st to March 3rd. This event brings together leading experts in digital transformation, omnichannel, Customer Experience (CX) and big data to share ideas about customer facing innovation in banking. Technisys is the founding partner at the event.
The main topics to be discussed will be: how to build a world-class omnichannel customer experience? How to foster and drive innovation through FinTech? How to optimize the customer experience through analytics?
In this 3-day event, banking executives get to participate in workshops and conferences. On the first day, Technisys will host a Mastermind called Bank of the Future Roundtable – Omnichannel Focus, between 2:30 and 7 PM, where only a limited group of bank executives will participate. Regarding the keynote agenda for the rest of the event, one of speakers will be German Pugliese Bassi, co-founder, CMO & Alliances at Technisys, who will share the “Lessons Learned Building the Next Omnichannel Banking Experience”, on Wednesday, March 2nd at 9:30 AM, as part of the “Building a World Class Omnichannel Customer Experience” sessions.
