Banks Lagging In Tech Should Seek Digital Banking Platform Architecture, Says Forrester

Forbes talked to Jost Hopperman about the latest Forrester Wave report on digital banking platform architecture (DBPA) providers that includes Technisys as one of the 10 most significant DBPA players.

Nearly 80% of banks say they don’t have the technology they need to provide great customer experience, according to Forrester’s Global Financial Services Architecture Survey Q3 2019.

To find a way forward, Forrester suggested banks look at digital banking platform architecture (DBPA) providers which support rapid change and continuous transformation while helping reduce transformation risk. The platforms separate business capabilities and data and support an ecosystem approach to banking services that relies on APIs and micro-services.
